What Causes Nasal Bleeding Along With Abdominal Pain And Vomiting?

65 year old male. First experienced nosebleeds, then severe stomach pains, vomiting, with some blood, bloody stools (black). I had been drinking apple cider vinegar diluted in water, and took a furosemide with it. Shortly after that was when I had the stomach pains. That was about 4 days ago. I discontinued the vinegar and water and the furosemide. I am still experiencing the stomach pains, which come and go, although not quite as severe. My stool remains bloody(not bright red) and black.
