What Causes Nasal Bleeding And Headache While On Xarelto For DVT?

Thanks. I am on xaralto for dvt, Pe. I am bleeding from my bottom. Have had colonoscopy which all okay but still bleeding. Also bleeding from right side of nose with clots, when I blow my nose. Also bad headache on same side front. I use clap machine and I have RA. What is going on with me?

Thanks for posting in HCM.
Xarelto composition is rivaroxaban, which is a FXa inhibitor indicated for the prevention of deep vein thrombosis.
Commonly experienced side effects with its use are: easy bruising, unusual bleeding from nose, mouth, vagina or rectum, bleeding from wounds or needle injections, headache, dizziness and weakness.
Some of these symptoms you are already experiencing.
You need to consult your specialist and adjust the dose or change the drug so that these side effects should stop.
