General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Bleeding may occur while on warfarin as it causes thinning of the blood. Great vigilance is needed to see for any bleeding. Nasal bleeding may indicate overactivity of warfarin and needs urgent assessment. You don't need to stop the drug for minor bleedings but you should urgently see your doctor to check INR and then decide ahead.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
