What Causes Nasal Bleeding While Talking And Smiling Post Trauma?

Hi, I was in a car accident earlier this evening. 25-30 mph impact. I had leaned forward and down to glance at an address.(my fault) Traffic stopped and I didn t. My face about 10 inches from steering wheel made impact with it. Hit center of wheel just under my nose. Bloodied both sides. Bleeding under my lip. Both hands full of blood. Put pressure on upper lip and pinched nostrils. Mostly stopped in about 15 mins. Thought I was ok but later found that I have a 1- 1 1/2inch hole wide under my lip where my tissue is torn away from my teeth. It looks like the hole goes back under my nose/sinus. Cartilage under nose seems to be there. I m not in much pain now. If I talk or smile I ooze blood from nose and from under lip (small amount) I have no insurance. I dont know whether to see a doctor or dentist to fix stitch hole???

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
