What Causes Nasal Bleeding?

Hello. I have bad nosebleeds which are happening more often lately and I also havr blurry vision most of the time now. I have headaches sometimes. What could be causing this? The nosebleeds are scary because they take forever to stop and the blood fills my throat making me choke and gag. Its like my blood cannot clot. I do not take any medications. I am a bit overweight and I am 34 years old. I weigh 260 and I am about 5 6

Nasal bleeding can be caused from dry nasal lining. Along with using blood thinning like medications like aspirin or other anti-inflammatories will increase risk of bleeding. Drinking alcohol will also interfere with blood clotting and I recommend that you stop alcohol at this time along with the aspirin and anti-flammatories.

If you are living the East the weather has been very cold and dry. This dry weather will cause drying of the lining of the nasal tissues. To improve moisture I recommend people use a little Vaseline jelly inside the nose. This keeps the lining moist and prevents drying, cracking and bleeding
