Nasal bleeding can be caused from dry nasal lining. Along with using blood thinning like medications like aspirin or other anti-inflammatories will increase risk of bleeding. Drinking alcohol will also interfere with blood clotting and I recommend that you stop alcohol at this time along with the aspirin and anti-flammatories. If you are living the East the weather has been very cold and dry. This dry weather will cause drying of the lining of the nasal tissues. To improve moisture I recommend people use a little Vaseline jelly inside the nose. This keeps the lining moist and prevents drying, cracking and bleeding I hope this answers your question.
