Hi,

Momefolw spray contains steroid and helps to reduce allergic inflammation. Your doctor might have given this suspecting allergic rhinitis (nasal allergy). If the diagnosis was sure, there is nothing wrong in taking the drugs you mentioned (other two being an antihistamine and a nasal decongestant).

No particular concern in a baby who had heart surgery. But keep in follow up with doctor. While using memeflo spray, direct the nozzle towards outer wall of nose, and not onto nasal bridge.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
