Hello dear Understand your concern I think you are suffering from allergic rhinitis/ Vasomotor rhinitis. In which there is inflammation of nasal mucosa due to overactivity of immune system due to allergen. Followings are the allergens that cause allergic rhinitis: Pollens, grass, pine, chemical, plum, weeds. For confirm diagnosis, consult to ENT surgeon Perform test like: Eosinophil count Patch test Radioallergosorbent test Advice: If you know the allergen: avoid it Or use mask or respirator before exposure Drugs: both topical and oral therapy should be used Tablet cetrizine and pseudoephidrine Nasal spray : azelastine or otrivine nasal spray Betanethsone nasal spray if severe Immuno sensitize therapy may be useful in some case.
