What Causes Nasal Congestion And Back Pain In A Child?

Hi. My daughter had fever on 3 occasions last week because she had sore throat. I gave her advil for kids and her sore throat was cured. now, she has cough and cold and had vomited phlegm 3 times this week. She is complaining of back pains in the upper part of the back which makes me terribly worried because she had pneumonia before. This morning when she woke, she was crying due to nasal congestion. Her mucus is not anymore clear, it is kinda yellow greenish now. She has no fever already. What could she have? What should I do? Thank you so much.
