What Causes Nasal Congestion And Bleeding?

Hi, I have had a head for a week now my nose is very plugged and is now bleeding really bad every time I blow it. My chest is clear, but I do feel like my ears are now plugging up too. I have never had this before. I don t smoke, I am a former smoker, I quit 4 years ago no one smokes here or around me. I can t figure this out no fever, this is really strange.

you feel like all clogged up this could be your allergies and sinusitis. are you exposed to the new environment, new place, new chemicals or allergens that you might have ignored? It could be simple cold virus infection too.

you need
good steam inhalations
eucalyptus oil (karvol plus capsules) inhalations to clear congestion
hot spicy soups to clear up

see an ENT physician if your symptoms do not clear up, a good x-ray paranasal sinuses and anti-allergic medication and course of antibiotic medicines if there is a bacterial infection of ears or your sinuses.
