Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
As per your query the symptoms seems consistent with
Maxillary Sinusitis in which there is infection and inflammation in the
sinuses and there can be fluid accumulation, inflammation in sinus lining and at times polyp formation..
In some patients the pain and congestions exaggerates on bending forwards..
You should consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and after a thorough clinical evaluation he can advise you to get PNS VIEW
x ray done or an MRI SCAN of the sinuses to rule out the exact problem associated with sinuses..
For infection he can advise you to take antibiotics, anti-inflammatory medicines, painkillers,
steroid nasal spray, saline irrigations, steam inhalations.
In case if there is polyp in sinuses surgical removal is advisable...
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards..
