Hi,

All of your symptoms suggest an inflammation (can be a severe allergy or accompanying or flare-up of infection).

You need to get it investigated thoroughly (blood check-up, allergy screening, culture &sensitivity test, imaging investigation if indicated.&the treatment accordingly.

Please consult an ENT specialist &take full advised treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
