What Causes Nasal Congestion, Cough, Vomiting And Sore Throat?
My 19 year old son developed nasal congestion and a cough about 4 days ago. He then developed a sore throat and developed nausea and vomited. He said that the nausea is gone but still has a severe sore throat and a swollen gland on the left side. He is away at school should he go to see a doctor?
Hi, As your son has respiratory tract infection since 4 days and now sore throat continued with swollen lymph nodes on left neck indicates that there might be having bacterial infection and require one course of antibiotic medicine. Consult your doctor and get examined. Ask him to do warm water or antiseptic gargles. Ok and take care.
