What Causes Nasal Congestion, Fatigue And Persistent Cough?

Hello, my symptoms: stuffy nose, & running nose started last Thursday, March 30. By the weekend Saturday April 1, I was feeling really bad...fatigue, coughing, and stuffy nose. I got plenty of rest, soup, tea with honey, plus I took Cold/Sinus medication as prescribe. I felt better and went to work Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. I did not go to work today because I feel worse now I do not have a temperature 96.8, I cough less but when I do it is hard for the mucus to come up, my nose is stuffy, and I have a headache. I feel tired.
