What Causes Nasal Congestion Inspite Of Using Fluticasone Nasal Spray?

Sir, I have nose block problem from last 4years, always one nostril gets blocked & it mainly happen in night time. I have used Fluticasone Nasal Spray & Meta Spray nasal spray. when I use these spray i get relief but after a month again it gets start. Please suggest me permanent treatment for this.

your nasal mucosa may have get adapted to those sprays.. advice by physician after thorough clinical history and examination is can be given.. avoid using too much use of nasal sprays
