What Causes Nasal Congestion, Sore Throat, Sneezing And Watery Eyes?

HI! I been having some sinus issues along with runny stuffed up nose, couching, sore throat, sneezing and watery eyes. Now after 3 days my neck is stiff, throat hurts really bad, glands are swollen, difficult to swallow ( feels like there is a ball in my throat) and my chest hurts, also coughing up greenish stuff. I had my tonsils out 10 months ago but have never had strep throat.

Thanks for the query .
Your symptoms in the begining indicates allergy...eith secondary infection by viruses/bactria while yiu had advanced symptoms of swelling in throat, difficult swallowing,cough& green sputum.
Take rest. Eat warm fresh nonspicy &nutritious food. Drink lot of warm water./hot saline gargles &hot vapor inhalatuon helps.
Such patient needs antibiotic,anti inflsmmatory pill,anti alletgic &cough expectorent medication.please consult your fsmily physician for suitable dosages pf medicines.
