What Causes Nasal Congestion With Fever?
My 4 year old daughter has been congested (nasal) for over a week now. She developed a fever on Friday and has had it at varying degrees through out the weekend. She is eating and drinking. My concern is that when she sleeps she has very foamy drool. Should I have her adnoids checked? She has nasal congestion several times a year.

Dear she may be developed acute viral fever with rhinitis with sinusitis.
Please avoid cool drinks and freeze water. Use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling.
Use flucold syrp according to body weight. if symptoms not improved please consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat her accordingly.
