What Causes Nasal Drainage?

I continue to have drainage (clear) in my nose. I have been to an allergy Dr, did blood work and I am allergic to NOTHING. They sent me to and ENT Dr..they sent me for a sinus scan.....said looks like there are problems with my molars.......could this be causing drainage? DNT Dr suggested I see my dentist.....dentist is sending me to an Endodontic. This is so crazy!!! I have been to a Periodonist several times in the last few years....had a gum graph on the front of my teeth for reseeding gum line....and now wear invisalign braces. looks like one of these would have seen a problem with my molars. What else could be causing the drainage?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
hello, thanks for your query. its unlikely to have continuous nasal drainage due to molars. it could be allergic or vasomotor(stress/anxiety) can cause sequence of sneezes, running nose, itching in ears, itching in roof of mouth, blackness under eyes are the symptoms of allergic rhinitis. it is best prevented by not to expose to cold, dust, not to consume ice creams, fridge water, curd. best street ment is avamys( fluticasone ) nasal spray twice daily , tab. Montek- lc ( montelukast+citrizine once daily at bed time . all the best. take care.
