What Causes Nasal Mucus With Blood Streaks Despite Using Levofloxacin?

I was diagnosed with sinusitis and prescribed Levofloxacin 500mg, nasacort, ocean spray. After 4 days of treatment my mucus increased and has blood in it. I sneeze, have watery eyes, runny nose and at night I can hardly sleep, due to the runny nose and cough. Should I stop the meds?
