What Causes Nausea, Abdominal Pain, Diarrhea And Fever?

This sounds like the common flu to me but there are a few things that are odd...vomiting, nausea, stomach pain, fever, body aches, chills, painful urination, watery diarrhea that is yellow with mucus and has a fishy odor. Has lasted for 24 hours so far. Is this just the flu?

Your symptoms are mostly suggestive of some gastric infection for which you can take some antibiotic like zifi-oz or oflox-oz after an expert opinion along with meftal-spaz or ibugesic-plus for stomach pain and body-ache. You can take omez-d or rekool-d for nausea and vomiting. Drink plenty of oral fluids or ORS to maintain the hydration of your body.
