What Causes Nausea After A Cough Or Burp?

I m 20 years old and for the last month or two I ve been having random gagging and nausea. I ve noticed it s worse in the mornings, when I cough, if I need to burp, or right after eating/feeling full. And sometimes it just comes randomly. I ve tried omeprazole for a few days and I do have acid reflux, OCD and anxiety but I don t feel like it s psychological. Could you help me figure out the cause of this? Thanks!
