What Causes Nausea After Belching While On Medication For Heart Burn?

I have heart burn and I take OTCmedication. A while back I saw a doctor did some tests and recommended that since it was not serious to take OTC medication. Since I have been taken OTC. Lately each time I eat I belech and feel like vomiting and I actually vomitted once few days ago. I am diabetic took meds and checked my blood sugar usually beteew 74 -120. What may be the problem?

I really appreciate your concern, you have not mentioned which medicine you are having but the condition that you have need to be managed with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg " once in day at evening time for four weeks and this is nothing to worry hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
