As there is history of recent surgery of
gall bladder removal one week before and nausea is constant after eating indicates possible bile or
acid reflux pausing the symptoms.
Kindly follow basic guidelines:
- Drink more liquids in sessions
- Prefer to keep stomach empty by 25% of satiety value each time
- Take frequent small meals at intervals
- Do not keep stomach empty over a period of time as well as avoid over eating and immediate sleeping after meals
- Your prescription must contain anti emetic as ondancetron,
proton pump inhibitor as
omeprazole or pantoprazole
- If
constipation, bulk forming laxative as Ispaghula husk
- Remain ambulatory as sedentary life style at this period, will make the issue more worse
- Avoid smoking if concerned
- Control of blood sugar, body weight
