What Causes Nausea After Ejaculation Inside Vagina?

My girlfriend tends to get nauseous shortly after I ejaculate inside her vagina (she is on the pill and we are monogamous). The nausea starts when the semen starts to drip out, and ranges from mild to severe (but never to the point of vomiting). Can you suggest a cause or remedy?

Hi,

It looks like your gf has some type of seminal hypersensitivity. It can also be a Psychological problem due to childhood trauma. If it is due to allergy you can let her take non-sedating antihistamine (Levocetrizine) about an hour before unprotected intercourse so that she keeps fine. You can consult a Psychiatric. However, if she continues to have this problem you can consult an immunologist or allergist & let her undergo desensitization therapy after which she will be able to withstand semen without experiencing symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
