What Causes Nausea After Having Dilzem-SR?

hi recently my relative had an episode of high pulse 130-170 advised to take life long calaptin 40mg, 3 months dilzem-sr 60 days cardioclean inspite of normal e.c.g, echo, ct angiography myself concerned due to side effects of calaptin she is feeling nausea after starting dilzem-sr pls advise best for her interested in alternative herbal or homeopathic email YYYY@YYYY

Since she is feeling nausea with calaptine and diltiazime sr , so she must be having some clots in coronary arteries .
But as you mentioned that her angiography is normal .
When such patient visit I advise them to do this measure and they get benefit . Keep one thing in BRAIN that this is not a scientific proven treatment but I have tried on so many patients and treated them successfully .
Take fresh juice of pompion ( kadu or ghiya in INDIA ) 300 ml extract with juicer .
Now take 10 leaves of basil ( tulsi ) add in it . Add 10 black pepper ( kali mirch in powder form ) , drink twice in day on empty stomach .
For first 4-5 days patient will feel gurgling sound in abdomen and patient may pass 3-4 motions , no need of any medicine for this .
After 4-5 days juice will adjust in body .
Patient will feel relief on day first .
Try this for 3 months and your patient will get complete relief .
ONCE AGAIN , no scientific proof but I myself tried on many patients.
