What Causes Nausea After Neck Strengthening Exercise?
Hi,
I have herniated disks at c2&3, at c6&7 and also at t7&8. These injuries are quite old, but I just learned about them. When I do my neck strenghtening exercise, I feel nauseated. Does this mean it is causing more harm? What should I do to care for my neck?
