Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Stomach upset is not uncommon.
This may not be related to your disease. I would advise you, avoid spicy foods , pain killers, and use some over the counter Antacids, or Omeprazole.
Hopes this settles.
Regarding your penis problem, I would like to go to your doctor of STD clinic to see that as what could be that.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
Dr Rahman
