What Causes Nausea After Urination?

For two weeks now I have noticed every time I urinate I get very nausa I am 49 had a partial hysterectomy at age 24 so no I am not pregnant .having head aches body aches and heels of feet hurt.very fatigue my dr has me on red yeast, salmon oil , metaformin,and slow release niacin from blood test results however have taken all tgus fir over 6 months with no problems the nausa wuth urination is what scares me I know its not normal
