What Causes Nausea Along With Appetite Loss, Fatigue And Abdominal Bloating?

I m concerned. I m 39, my period is almost two months late. I ve had a tubal ligation 12 years ago, however I m having symptoms mimicking pregnancy, like nausea, smell aversions, lack of appetite, changes in foods I used to enjoy, bloating, fatigue. I took a home test, which was negative, but have concerns of what could be happening.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Thanks for your query on HCM

"As"per your clinical history is concerned as your pregnancy test is [-VE] so it is not due to pregnancy. So please follow like this-

1)Do a clinical examination by your treating Doctor

2)Do a [complete blood count with differential, TSH of blood and an ultrasound exam]

So take treatment as per exact pthological findings only and for prevention talk to your Doctor about combined birth control pills regularly.

Hope that helps
