What Causes Nausea Along With Constipation And Dark Stool?

What might this cluster of symptoms mean. A woman who is 88 with dementia. She has a history of bladder cancer. She is having mild nausea, frequent belching, constipation, dark stools that do not have blood, painful legs when she walks short distances, poor appetite, sensitivity to sweet items as too sweet and sleeping frequently.

may be she will be having gastro intestinal bleed.. that's y she s having all these symptoms, better u go immediately and meet one gastro ENTEROLOGIST fast...
