What Causes Nausea Along With Diarrhea And Abdominal Pain?

i woke up last night feeling nausous, i didnt vomit but i had diarrhea, i am still weak, with abdominal pain that is vague and constant, i feel nauseous , weak , body ache , my back felt like it was on fire which has subsided but i still have a headache (i rarely get headaches) im worried it may be diverticulitis

it probably can be a case of acute gastroenteritis..say food poisoning..u need to have oral rehydration solution as much as possible..take pcm 500 twice daily for fever n headaches..if no improvement, get lab work done and consult a physician..
