recurrent diarhea with vomiting in infants has some common causes ..it can be due to intestinal infection ,typhoid disease that needs widal test and stool culture for investigations..also severe stress or psychological problems can cause that ..other cause that is not common is to have intestinal problem or anomalies that need ct scan the last investigative test..food style is important you should give her rice soup ,starch ,tea with little suger ,besquits...and oral rehydration sachets ....if you please could inform us about her age and any investigations she has that will be more helpful
