General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

There are different causes for persistent nausea such as GERD, food intolerance, infection, gall stones, kidney or liver disease, the side effects of medication.

If there is a history of reflux then you can try to use an anti-acid and alter your diet to see if the symptoms improve.

If the cause is not obvious, then you may need to be seen.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
