What Causes Nausea Along With Diarrhea?

TBili 1.5, always seems slightly elevated, previous 2 ultrasounds were ok 1-2 yrs ago, every once in a while nauseated first thing in morning for a while, I’m 57 female 110 lbs. diarrhea quite often after evening meals. What do you recommend a further test ? Thanks, Janet
