What Causes Nausea Along With Dizziness And Shortness Of Breath?

I have been nauseated (no vomiting), headache, generalized aches and pains, R flank pain, that is intermittent low grade temps, weak and dizzy, breathing labored at times and just feeling terrible in general. Have been to see my primary, and the only abnormal blood test is slightly elevated white count. EKG negative, blood culture negative, flu and pneumonia negative. This has been going on for a month with no solid answers.

The symptoms are indicative of infection in the genitourinary system. Have you checked for any infection in urine? Because, I think you may have infection in kidney.
