What Causes Nausea Along With Dizziness?

My daughter, age 35, has seen a physician several times. She is a landscaper and frequently has to leave work early because she starts throwing up, gets nauseous, and sometimes dizzy. She takes her temp, digitally, and it is normal . Is there such a thing as a sun allergy? Her doctor just can t seem to figure this out. We thought heat stroke but doctor says NO. This use to happen periodically butnow Otis much,ore often.

Sun allergy does not cause dizziness but dehydration due to prolonged stay in sun light cause dizziness. Other causes may be inner ear problem like benign paroxysmal positional vertigo and Meniere's disease, motion sickness, migraine, hypotension, anemia, and hypoglycemia.
Advice
1.     Cinnarizine 25 mg every 8 hours per oral on onset of dizziness
2.     Ferrous sulfate tablet – one tablet daily per oral (Brand name – Autrin, Dexorange) for 1 month
3.     Folic acid 5 mg (Tablet Folvite) – one tablet daily per oral for 1 month
4.     Avoid prolog stay in sun light
5.     Drink 4 – 5 liters of water daily
6.     Regularly check blood pressure
7.     Investigations
a.     Blood sugar (F & PP)
b.     Hb%
