What Causes Nausea Along With Dizziness?

HI I HAVE HAD THIS FOR SOMETIME I GET REAL SICK TO MY STOMACH AND GET REAL LIGHT HEADED LIKE DISSY CANT FOCUS ,I HAVE TOLD MY DR. SHE HAS TOOK ME OFF OF SOME OF MY MEDS. FOR 2 WEEKS AND ITS BEEN A WEEK NOW AND ITS JUST GETTING WORSE ,I HAVE SPINAL SENOISE BUT LATELY I HAVE HAD A BACK PAIN THATS ALMOST INBARABLE IT RUNS INTO MY SIDE AND SOMETIMES DOWN MY LEGS I THOUGHT I MIGHT HAVE A KIDNEY INFEC.THAT WOULD EXPLANE THE SICK STOMACH BUT SHE DID A URINE SAMPLE AND SAID NO SOMETHING IS JUST NOT RIGHT,THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME I CANT EVEN WALK RIGHT IT HURTS SO BAD I HAVE TO WALK BENT OVER AND IT STILL HURTS
