General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

If you have positive cardiac history, then rule out cardiac cause by EKG investigation.

Second, mostly it can be otological inner ear infection as nausea associated with dizziness. Vestibulitis, Labyrinthitis or Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) can be the possibility.

Consult otorhinolaryngologist or physician for the examination and discuss your case.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
