What Causes Nausea Along With Headache And Appetite Loss?
Hi, I have not been feeling well since Thursday. My symptoms are nausea, headache, no appetite, ache body, freezing or hot flashes, think I had fever Thursday night. Upper stomach pain, dizziness. Some of these come and go. The overall feeling is like the flu, but don t really think it is. I do have gallstones. Any ideas? Thanks, Michele Did not know there was a charge. I ll go to my doc. Thanks.
The symptoms you describe are very generalized and go well with the flu or other viral infection. Generally should start to feel better in a few days and most patients are symptom-free in 7-10 days.
If no improvement in a few days or any worsening you will need to see your doctor.
If the pain in the tummy is in the upper right side and worse if you press on it then a gallbladder problem can be the cause and you will need to see your doctor soon.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Antoneta Zotaj, General & Family Physician

Hello, The symptoms you describe are very generalized and go well with the flu or other viral infection. Generally should start to feel better in a few days and most patients are symptom-free in 7-10 days. Meanwhile, you can take some paracetamol and ibuprofen to help with the pain. If no improvement in a few days or any worsening you will need to see your doctor. If the pain in the tummy is in the upper right side and worse if you press on it then a gallbladder problem can be the cause and you will need to see your doctor soon.
