What Causes Nausea Along With Impaired Vision And Elevated BP?
Hi, My Aunty is a 60 year old Female presenting to the emergency room with nausea, and slight impaired vision and high blood pressure of 180/120. The doctors here in the hospital are a little clueless and she has been unable to stomach any food for the last 2 days. She has not been eating anything during the last 3 days prior to the admission and has not been sleeping well. After MRI scans, i spotted a tiny speck above at the top of her brain that doctors has seemed to miss. They diagnosed her to have hyponatremia and hypokalemia, and attached her to normal saline IV and gave her potassium chloride pills of unknown concentration. She has not been recovering and I need a second opinion, the doctors will not reveal her blood test to me. Please help

It seems like she was suffering an hypertensive chrisis as all symptoms look like . I think it is right at this moment to manage the electrolite balance as they did and to continued with antihypertensive treatment. She may need to stay in hospital for some more days. Keep her in observation.
