What Causes Nausea Along With Lower Back Pain?

A couple of days ago I worked out with my sister, we did sit ups and some running, soon after my appendix area began to hurt. A few days later my right Lower back area had sharp pains. I do not however have any of the Symptoms like Nausea or vomiting etc.

Hi,

As per my clinical experience, the current presentation suggests possible ligament spasm, provocation of symptoms of calculus in the urinary system or others.

I would suggest to take analgesic medications for 2 days and follow up later for the progress.
