Hello,
The symptoms commonly occur due to indigestion,
allergic reaction or intolerance to the food taken,
gastroenteritis, etc. Excessive throwing out results in
dehydration. Dehydration triggers weakness due to low blood pressure and low blood glucose. You are suggested to take anti emetics and antacids or PPs, to control the symptoms of food poisoning or indigestion.
Once the vomiting stops, take sips of water, beverage, and fluids. Keep yourself adequately hydrated. The pain in the testicle may be due to inflammation of the
epididymitis, injury or infection, orchitis, hernia, strain, etc. Sometimes, pain due to kidney stones may also radiate to the testicular area.
You are advised to get examined and evaluated by a
Urologist, get ultrasound, complete urine examination and few other required tests done so that treatment can be started at the earliest. If required the Urologist may refer you to a GP for further management.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
