What Causes Nausea Along With Passing Of Thin Stool And Bleeding?

For the past couple of days I have had obnoxious nausea similar to when I ve had too much lactose (I m lactose intolerant). However, in the last 24 hours the uncomfortable nature of my stomach kept me from eating at all. I had no fever, so I thought I d wait it out. Two days ago my poo had a very small, pill shaped thing that looked slightly pink/bloody and fleshy. I didn t think much of it since it was so small. Then last night I threw up a very similar looking chunk about the size of a peach, pink with what seemed like a light amount of blood and also very fleshy. My body took a lot of effort to throw this up and before I did I was dry heaving for a good five minutes, making me think it was not food, since I hadn t eaten. What was this fleshy chunk?
