What Causes Nausea Along With Severe Migraine?

Hello, I have been feeling extremely nausea as well as feeling if I am non stop being stung by bees. I am having severe migraines that wont go away even if I drink my migraine prescriptions itt wont go away. Yesterday I check my heart rate which was 50. My HB was elevated. I feel like I cant breath. I hope you can give me an opinion until I can go see my PCP. Everything began about a week ago except the HP and the heart rate being low.-Thank you

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms are very common in functional condition, try to low down the stress, be positive, practical, bring back your confidence, try some exercise, yoga, and meditation, no need to worry about this, take care and have a nice day.
