What Causes Nausea Along With Severe Neck Pain And Insomnia?
Question: For the past month I have been experiencing nausea(when I wake up, drink water or after meals or simply whenever), severe neck pains, migraines(initial dx was 1994), insomnia and occasional diarrhea. Diarrhea and the feeling of nausea has been more prevalent after I eat. What could be causing these symptoms? Past Surgical HX: Gallbladder removal in 2013 and laparoscopic surgery by OB to remove a mass attached to an ovary.

I really appreciate your concern, what the history is given here and symptom of nausea then it could be due some functional disorders and in my opinion it can be given try with Tab Chlorpromazine 10 mg three times in day, care needs to be taken for toxicity of this drug it may cause the extrapyramidal syndrome but it is not the serious condition hope this information helps.
