What Causes Nausea Along With Severe Pain In Lower And Upper Back?

female,26, height=1.59 weight 49 and i have lower back pain usually on both side but sometimes it concentrates on the left side plus non concentration and fatigue rarely nausea and i had severe upper back pain which i treated by pain killer and now treating my self with care like in my sitting position not doing too much work....so if i take care myself like that i don t have the pain now but the pain in the lowwer am not being able to treat it like that..i just cant help it now i am drinking more water incase if it is dehydration my BP is in normal range usually i dont know if i have anemia...what shall i do

Hello,

I think the back pain you are having may be related to long hours working on obligated position.

Doing physical therapy will help you with pain. Taking anti-inflammatory drugs such as Advil or naproxen will also help you with pain.

Exercising regularly and eating healthy is advisable.
