What Causes Nausea Along With Sore Throat And High Fever?

I have been feeling under the weather for about 4 days, nausea, elevated temp (about 101) cold clammy feeling, a very sore throat which is much improved today. I attributed my discomfort to the flu, have been drinking lots of fluids, taking advil 3 times a day for general body aches, staying quiet. I thought my symptoms would be resolved by today, but the tiredness steel lingers.

your symptoms are probably of viral illness .symptomatic treatment will usually resolve it
however you may require blood test (CBC and peripheral smear examination and others) if not responding to treatment for diagnosis of other probable causes.
