What Causes Nausea Along With Vomiting, Diarrhea And Appetite Loss?

My ex husband has been sick for almost 2 years with nausea, voimiting, diahrea, loss of appeitie, weight loss and anxiety. He seen a dr 1.5 years ago, they did some blood work, but did not find anything. Hes getting worse. He also drinks everyday. What are your thoughts?

Hello,

I think he needs to check amylase and lipase levels to see for chronic pancreatitis and also liver enzymes need to be checked for cirrhosis. Also, an ultrasound needs to be done.
