What Causes Nausea Along With Vomiting, Headache And Chills?

My boyfriend has been feeling sick since December. He gets nausea, vomiting, headaches, shakes, chills, sweating. It lasts for a few days then goes away for awhile then comes back. He has tested positive for mono and Lyme disease. The drs don t think he has either one because the levels aren t very high. Do you have any suggestions as to what could cause this?
