What Causes Nausea Along With Vomiting Up Of Foam And Dizziness?

For the past few days, I have been having nausea, vomiting up foam, dizziness, rapid heart rate, off and on chills, and pain in my upper stomach. I have been eating otc meds for my stomach but they only seem to help for an hour or so. Any guess as to what this is?

Thank you for the query.

Such symptoms are most likely caused by a pulmonary hypertension due to heart insufficiency. Even heart attack can cause such symptoms.
As it is usually life threatening, I suggest you to do not wait with it.
ER visit is advisable as soon as possible.
