What Causes Nausea And Blurred Vision Post Injury?

My fiance fell off a ladder about 3 feet up square on his bottom. He said he was nauseous and had blurred vision when he got up.. since hes been home hes been ok but he now has a golf ball sized bruise near the top of his tailbone and is in pain. What should we do

If this is bad kind of head injury then this need to be examined clinically and if necessary this need to be kept under observation for 36 hours this is the rule, hope this information helps, take care.
